BOX OFFICE POLICIES

All Sales Are Final: No refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date of the same production for a $5.00 per ticket handling fee when available. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management. Ticket exchanges and lost ticket replacements are available to Season Subscribers with a 24 hours notice.

Service Fees: Tickets to Cabrillo Stage include applicable service fees. Mailing fees are additional.

Special Needs: For wheelchair seats and special needs please call the Box Office directly at 831-479-6154 so that we can better accommodate you and your guests. A limited number of assisted listening devices will be available, please request these devices when picking up your tickets immediately prior to the performance.

Admittance: All patrons must have a ticket, including children regardless of their age. No babes in arms.

​

Mail Order Tickets: Summer tickets will be mailed June 22, 2024.

​

Will-Call: Tickets will only be issued to the patron purchasing tickets, unless arranged in advance with the Box Office. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the performance start time to pick up your tickets. Will Call will be available one hour prior to the performance. To pick up Will Call tickets, the ticket buyer must show a photo ID.

Late Seating: Latecomers will be seated by House Management at a pre-approved time that is artistically appropriate.

​

PARKING: Ticketing will be suspended for event patrons in the VAPA Complex Lot L (between the Samper Recital Hall and the Crocker Theater) beginning one hour prior to the event start time. At all other times, 7 days a week, day and night, parking passes/fees are required for parking in any Cabrillo Campus parking lot.

Photographs & Recordings: The use of audio, video or photographic recording equipment during any Cabrillo Stage performances is strictly prohibited.
